Daphne E. Brown, M.A., M.A., author of "Spiritual Healing for a Woman's" writes in her book about overcoming spiritual, mental and emotional obstacles in her childhood and adulthood.
Brown, lived most of her childhood in the housing projects and faced enormous obstacles. No father figure around, poverty, ridicule from housing project tenants for her families spiritual beliefs, murder of a family friend, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, teen-age pregnancy, single parenting and low self-worth.
Through the grace of God, Brown was able to overcome many of her spiritual, emotional and mental obstacles. Brown, is an inspirational/motivational speaker and President of Daphne Brown Seminars.
